Raw Materials

Our insulated / Refrigerated truck bodies walls, roof and floor are made of rigidly sandwiched polyurethane(XPS foam, EPS Foam are also available under request)panels; floor top will be finished with 2mm thick chequered or corrugated aluminum ; supporting edges are used heavy duty aluminum angle. Swing door will be provided with stainless steel container type locking system. Our insulated / refrigerated trucks are built for strength and durability.

Our Design

QINGDAO DAISON standard insulated / Refrigerated truck bodies are built for 10 to 16 footer truck chassis. However, our insulated / refrigerated truck bodies can be manufacture as per customers’ requirement and needs up to 28 feet in length.

There are many preengineered options available, including door selection, materials usage and construct partition inside truck body, to suit customers’ special requirements and specific needs.

The Manufacturing Process

Our Insulated / Refrigerated Truck bodies and Truck refrigeration systems are assembled from component parts. The process from polyurethane foaming, sizing, truck bodies’ frame assembly, and truck refrigeration assembling are all at our manufacturing plant.

QINGDAO DAISON Insulated / Refrigerated truck bodies are made from, generally composed of the following components;

       · Polyurethane Sandwich Panels for truck wall and roof structure

      · Aluminum corrugated plate for truck’s floor structure

      · Stainless steel side and rear door frame

      · Accessories used

Polyurethane Sandwich panels are the most important components in the construction of modern commercial Insulated / Refrigerated Truck. QINGDAO DAISON polyurethane sandwich panels are made from 2 facings, used high-strength FIBRERGLASS REIFORCED POLYMER (FRP) flat sheet, and centre core is injected with rigid polyurethane foam. 100mm thickness of rigid polyurethane foam had stand as the best thermal insulation of standard refrigerated truck.
