PVC sandwich board use Keying Glasbord as its surface. The unique surface is resistant to 

scratches, abrasions, bump and chemical erosion. It can make stain and grease cleaned fast 

and easily. It has good sterilization performance, the removal rate of bacteria , such as Coli, 

is up to 84%.The panel itself is non-toxic and harmless, overall moisture resistant, especially 

for where sanitary is highly required.

2. Thermal insulation

EPS sandwich board has excellent insulation properties, the transmission of heat is greatly 

restricted. It is widely used in thermal insulation equipments and venues, such as incubation 

equipments. 

3.light weight, high strength

EPS sandwich board uses EPS foam as its sandwich core, thus it is lighter than other sandwich 

boards. The surface of the board---Keying Glasbord makes it have a higher strength. It is a good 

choice for light weight composite materials.
